EOSDN – Provider Status

Eastern Ontario Staff Development Network is sending a request to the College of Teachers to have its name withdrawn, at this time, as a provider of the Professional Learning Courses (PLP). The EOSDN has a 15 year history of providing professional development for teachers and administrators and is offering an IDEAS conference in early February. In making the move to remove their provider status, representatives of the EOSDN hope that teachers will consider attending their upcoming conference.

In light of the move on the part of the EOSDN to remove itself as a provider, we encourage teachers to participate in the event and we want to inform all members that teachers are eligible to apply for our local PD funds for the IDEAS conference.

It is our hope that the EOCCC will pursue similar action to remove itself as a provider. At this point in time EOCCC remains a provider.
